GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will deliver an authentic, engaging, and energetic experience to all customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales targets and company goals by building strong relationships with new and existing customers, fostering brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service by making personal connections, paying attention to details, and offering a personalized shopping experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized, and securing company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for achieving sales results using effective selling skills and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-changing environment
