General Function

Our Sales Associates are vital to our success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers, helping them find premium quality eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Deliver sales goals and objectives by cultivating relationships with new and existing customers to build brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Comfortable embracing new technology and adapting to change with high accuracy
3. Self-accountable for sales results, using selling skills and goal-driven
4. Strong communication skills (oral and written)
5. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment
