General Function

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently meet sales goals and objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized attention, making connections, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, using selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-paced environment
