GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by cultivating relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by making genuine connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized service, resulting in customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
