GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

1. Consistently deliver sales and company objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through connection, attention to detail, and personalized service.
3. Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain store appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure company assets.
5. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications
