General Function

Our Sales Associates play a crucial role in the success of Sunglass Hut by providing an authentic, fun, and energetic shopping experience, helping customers find high-quality eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by building relationships with new and existing customers to foster brand loyalty.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by making meaningful connections, paying attention to details, and offering personalized shopping experiences to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with colleagues and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Comfort with new technology and adaptability with high accuracy
3. Self-accountability for sales results with strong selling skills and goal orientation
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
5. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment
