GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Consistently deliver sales plans and meet company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
  2. Provide an exceptional customer experience by making genuine connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences that result in customer satisfaction.
  3. Participate actively and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
  4. Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
  5. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
  • Self-accountability for sales results through effective selling skills and goal orientation
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment
