GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by making genuine connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized service, resulting in customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment and foster strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
  • Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
  • Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
  • Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
