Job summary

Spirit Halloween in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store, and to maintain Guest Services per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will help generate sales, handle sign waving, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention, and perform general housekeeping as needed.

The position requires a minimum age of 16 and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Management in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services per Company Standards.
• Generate sales, conduct sign waving, merchandising, signing and pricing, operate POS, and assist with loss prevention.
• Perform general housekeeping and upkeep of store presentation as needed.

Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
