Compensation Details

We offer a competitive package that rewards your contributions. This role involves more than answering phones; it includes a base hourly rate based on experience and skill, plus uncapped commissions on membership sales, allowing for substantial earnings. Top performers typically earn an additional $2 - $4 per hour in commissions.

As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Meet membership sales goals
• Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Maintain knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on benefits
• Provide excellent customer experiences, including answering calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing memberships
• Promote sales, promotions, and events passionately
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

The role requires flexible availability including weekends, daytime, evenings, and holidays.
