Compensation Details

We offer a competitive package that rewards your contributions. This role involves more than answering phones! You will earn a base hourly rate based on experience and skills, plus uncapped commissions on membership sales, allowing for substantial earnings. Top performers typically earn an additional $2 - $4 per hour in commissions.

Responsibilities of a Sales Associate

• Meet membership sales goals
• Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Maintain knowledge of our services and educate clients on benefits
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering calls, scheduling, greeting clients, and managing memberships
• Promote sales, promotions, and events passionately
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

The role involves a varied schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.
