Compensation:

We offer a competitive package with a base hourly rate reflecting your experience, plus an uncapped commission on membership sales, allowing substantial earning potential. Top performers typically earn an additional $2 - $4 per hour in commission.

Responsibilities:

• Meet membership sales goals
• Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Maintain knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on benefits
• Provide excellent customer service through calls, appointments, greetings, and sales
• Promote sales, promotions, and events
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

The role involves a varied schedule, including weekends, daytime, evenings, and holidays. Flexible availability is preferred.
