Role Overview

As an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she achieves and exceeds sales targets as directed by management and proactively develops his/her client portfolio. He/she ensures a unique client experience throughout all touch points. He/she is also an active participant in the daily operations of the boutique.

Responsibilities
Sales Achievement:
  • Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management.
  • Ensure each client receives outstanding service by greeting, acknowledging, and maintaining high standards of product knowledge and customer service before, during, and after sales.
  • Adapt approach according to client needs and motivations, negotiate and handle objections with ease.
  • Support after-sales clients in line with Maison values, providing recommendations for an exceptional experience.
  • Stay current on industry news and competitors.
Client Relationship Management
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives, partnering with management to develop client plans.
  • Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, effectively utilizing available tools.
  • Resolve client issues/concerns appropriately and escalate as needed.
  • Support in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
Daily Boutique Operations
  • Understand and comply with all security and operational policies for the Group, Maison, and boutique.
  • Assist with daily setup, breakdown, maintenance of displays, and back-stock.
  • Participate in inventories and cycle counts for audits.
  • Assist with special projects like price changes and back-office responsibilities.
Qualifications

Education: College degree preferred.

Required Experience
  • 2 to 5 years in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
Technical Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Computer and internet savvy; MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
Personal Skills/Abilities
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service focus, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • Genuine Maison Ambassador, professional demeanor, self-starter, team player.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, and to travel for training and client events.

Expected Hourly Range: $18.75 to $28.85 (Commission and Overtime eligible). Salaries are negotiable based on skills and experience.
