Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana is seeking a Sales Associate for the Rock Shop to market and stock retail merchandise and handle cash transactions. You will assist guests, maintain knowledge of gaming policies, and promote positive guest experiences in a fast-paced casino retail environment.

This role requires a High School diploma, cash handling experience, and ability to work holidays, weekends, and varied shifts within the gaming industry.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Indiana Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

• Markets retail merchandise to guests.
• Stock and re-stock the Retail area to ensure adequate inventory.
• Performs cash and/or credit transactions with guests.
• Maintains current knowledge of rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Delivers friendly service and effective communication with guests.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment in area of responsibility.
