Venture Home is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our team inside a Lowe's store in Portland, ME. You will educate homeowners about solar energy, qualify prospects, and arrange complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

This role offers an attractive earning potential with base pay plus uncapped commissions, full benefits, and flexible scheduling. It is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and growing within a fast-growing residential energy

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, lead generation, marketing, or hospitality is preferred but not required.

About the Role

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team as Retail Sales Representative. In this customer-facing role, you'll represent Venture Home inside a designated Lowe's store, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and scheduling complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

What You'll Do

• Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.

• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant.

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000–$85,000 annual potential
• Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission
• Choose your own schedule:
  • Fri-Tue or Wed-Sun
  • Morning: (9AM - 5PM) orNight shifts (1PM - 9 PM)
