Venture Home is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to educate homeowners inside Lowe's stores about solar energy and home savings. You will qualify prospects and schedule complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants, delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role offers full-time employment with some locations offering part-time hours, and a compensation package with on-target earnings plus base pay and uncapped commission.

About the Role
We're looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team as Retail Sales Representative. In this customer-facing role, you'll represent Venture Home inside a designated Lowe's store, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and scheduling complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000- $85,000 annual potential
• Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission
• Fri-Tue or Wed-Sun
• Morning: (9 AM - 5PM) & Night shifts (1 PM - 9 PM) available
