Job summary

Venture Home Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to represent our solar solutions inside a designated Lowe's store. You will educate homeowners on solar benefits, qualify prospects, and schedule in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

The role offers an evening shift and uncapped commission with a comprehensive benefits package.

About The Role

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team as Retail Sales Representative. In this customer-facing role, you'll represent Venture Home inside a designated Lowe's store, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and scheduling complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000–$85,000 annual potential
