Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a world-class shopping experience in our Durham store.

You will provide sincere, friendly service, apply result-driven selling techniques, and share in-depth product knowledge to help customers find the right items. You will manage register transactions, support store presentation, and participate in achieving sales goals while maintaining stock and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Full-time associates must have open availability to meet business needs
• Weekend availability required for flex associates

Responsibilities

• Provide sincere, friendly customer service and exemplify world-class service standards
• Assist customers with services including gift wrap, registry, catalog orders and special orders
• Operate POS system, process sales, returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate ticketing and restocking
• Contribute to visual merchandising, signage and lighting, and uphold store cleanliness and stockroom organization
