You will assist customers with gifts, registry, and orders while maintaining product knowledge and a welcoming store environment. The role emphasizes effective selling techniques, accurate register handling, and collaboration with team members to meet daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in retail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.
• Experience using a POS system and processing transactions.
• Open and reliable availability for full-time or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide sincere, friendly customer service by exemplifying World-Class service standards.
• Assist customers with services including gift wrap, registry, catalog orders, special orders, and deliveries.
• Use effective selling techniques to build multiple sales and increase productivity.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and features to customers.
• Process register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain visual merchandise presentation, signage and lighting.
• Uphold store cleanliness and stockroom organization.
• Assist with restocking and ticketing merchandise as needed.
• Comply with all company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
