LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a brand ambassador, guiding customers through styling journeys and keeping the sales floor organized and welcoming. You’ll collaborate with teammates to create personalized experiences and maintain an inviting environment that reflects LOFT’s modern, feminine aesthetic.

You will build authentic connections, share product knowledge, and use brand behaviors to foster loyalty while supporting store goals and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or retail is preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with using technology and operating a point-of-sale system.
