Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador, guiding customers with personalized styling and ensuring the sales floor presentation reflects the brand's modern feminine aesthetic.

You will collaborate with the team to provide excellent service, help create engaging in-store experiences, and maintain organized merchandise while utilizing technology to support omnichannel shopping.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
