The Beaufort Bonnet Company, LLC in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Sales Associate to support daily retail operations and to deliver a memorable in-store experience that reflects our brand and values.

You will learn product knowledge, assist customers, process transactions, maintain store appearance, and participate in meetings to help drive sales and service excellence while welcoming families and embracing our sunny, helpful culture.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED.
• 0-1 year of retail experience.
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required; lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

The Sales Associate has the responsibility of assisting with the daily sales of The Beaufort Bonnet Company retail store. The Sales Associate is expected to provide an exceptional customer experience that will drive sales embrace brand positioning.

What you will do…

• Understand the overall concept of The Beaufort Bonnet Company, including the lifestyle, the customer, the merchandise, etc.
• Create an exceptional in store experience consistent with company culture. Build and cultivate effective relationships with the customer
• Commit to deliver an optimistic, high energy, team oriented and sunny store atmosphere
• Learn, reference, and share current product knowledge with customers; providing prompt recommendations and professional service to enhance their shopping experience (e.g. fit, fashion wardrobing advice and suggesting add-ons)
• Actively participate in all store-related meetings, working towards exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management
• Maintain high standards of the store appearance
• Provide ideas to grow and improve the business
• Maintain the integrity of the inventory
