Job summary

The Beaufort Bonnet Company is seeking a frontline retail associate in a busy store environment. You will deliver friendly, helpful service, apply product knowledge, and maintain an inviting experience for every visitor. Emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and a can-do attitude to help meet store goals.

Responsibilities include learning product lines, assisting customers with selections, and contributing to a positive store atmosphere while supporting inventory and visual standards.

• Actively participate in all store-related meetings, working towards exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management.
• Maintain high standards of the store appearance.
• Provide ideas to grow and improve the business.
• Maintain the integrity of the inventory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 0-1 year of retail experience.
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required; lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
