Aaron’s is hiring a Sales Associate in Newnan, GA. You will engage with customers to help them find products, maintain a clean showroom, and support clerical tasks while working a day-to-day schedule that may include weekends.

The role offers earning potential with incentive pay based on performance and a team-focused environment. Hourly pay ranges from $12.25 to $15.47, with benefits and training provided.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work hours 9:00 am – 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers in person and on the telephone.
