Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Sales Associate to engage directly with customers, drive sales, and help customers find the right products. The role includes stocking, organizing, and light merchandising on the showroom floor.

The position offers an hourly wage of $15.55–$16.75 with eligibility for performance-based incentive pay and benefits. Training and equipment are provided for safety and success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers in person and by phone.
