Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Sales Associate to engage customers on the showroom floor, help them find the right products, and support store operations. Your role includes cleaning and organizing merchandise while delivering friendly service and accurate clerical support.

The position emphasizes high-energy teamwork and customer-focused goals. Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.25 per hour with eligibility for performance-based incentive pay; benefits such as time off, medical plans, and retirement

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
