Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Sales Associate to engage directly with customers, help them choose products, and maintain a vibrant showroom floor. This role includes lifting, organizing merchandise, and handling clerical tasks while delivering excellent service.

The position offers hourly pay between $15.00 and $15.50, with eligible incentive pay, and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Training and career growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers in person and on the telephone.
