Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Sales Associate in Newnan, GA to drive sales by engaging with customers and helping them find products. The role involves showroom duties, maintaining a positive floor environment, and basic clerical tasks while offering an energetic team experience.

The role pays between $12.25 and $15.47 per hour and may include performance-based incentive pay. Aaron’s offers a comprehensive benefits package and career advancement opportunities, with a schedule that includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
