The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in California to engage with customers, help them select products, and maintain a vibrant showroom.

This role includes an hourly wage with incentive potential and opportunities for career advancement within a team-focused environment. The position requires physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise, a willingness to work a varied schedule, and delivering excellent customer service.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work a schedule of hours from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs assisted with equipment or another associate.
• Preferred: High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
