Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can generate in-home sales leads among our three Costco install categories: HVAC, Generators, Water Treatment. This position offers reasonably flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make great income.

Compensation: $20 Hourly Part-Time or Full-Time/ Plus Spiff for Sold Leads

Fuel: Reimbursement of fuel for travel to and from selected warehouses

Benefits: Full-time persons can enroll in medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday, and 401k w/ match per company requirements and contributions.

This is NOT a selling, cold calling, or door-to-door position.

Job Duties:

1. Speaking to potential customers/homeowners
2. Gaining potential customer details as leads for our outside sales and comfort advisors
3. Maintain a high level of professionalism & customer support
4. Work independently including weekends
5. Training will be provided

Job Requirements:

1. Professionalism in the warehouse
2. Clean and professional appearance
3. Must be a High School Graduate & have reliable transportation
4. Must be willing to travel locally to 3-4 stores: Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, Monterey County
5. Must be able to stand 20-30 hours a week
