Job summary

Gwinnett Place Nissan is seeking motivated individuals to join as Sales Associates at our Duluth dealership. No previous automotive experience is required, but strong sales experience is encouraged. Fluency in Korean is required for this role, and we emphasize growth, longevity, and a vibrant team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Korean.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience recommended.
• Strong work ethic and customer service orientation.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or lot.
• Help customers select a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to prospects.
• Present all available equipment and accessories for customer purchase.
• Build rapport and perform vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
• Overcome objections, close sales, and follow the sales process per company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
