Job summary

Aaron's is hiring a Sales Associate to energize the showroom floor and drive sales by helping customers find the right products. You may assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise, while staying safety-conscious and customer-focused.

Training and tools will be provided to perform physically demanding tasks and support a great team on the sales floor. The role offers incentive pay based on performance and a base hourly rate, with opportunities for career advancement, paid time off,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Schedule varies 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
