Job summary

The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to engage with customers, help them find products, and contribute to a fast-paced showroom. You will participate in an energetic team environment, with opportunities for incentive pay based on performance and career growth.

This role supports a flexible schedule (9:00 am–8:00 pm) with physical tasks including stock handling and store upkeep. Aaron’s emphasizes training, safety, and a strong customer-service culture across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Retail/customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select products and assist with finding items.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive, welcoming sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and by telephone.
