Qualifications

• Exceptional conflict resolution abilities.
• Passion for roofing, construction, remodeling, home improvement, economics, or helping families.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
• Goal-oriented, reliable, and motivated to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers to explain home improvement programs and assess eligibility.
• Record confidential customer information accurately within our customer database.
• Act as the face of the brand ensuring each customer has a positive experience.
• Assist with account setup by collecting required information and verifying details.
• Answer customer questions clearly and professionally throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track activity and follow-ups.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solar service options.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions with fellow Sales Associates.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
