Job summary

Latitude is hiring a full-time Sales Associate in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area to support expansion of home improvement services. You will gain hands-on training in customer onboarding, sales processes, and renewable energy initiatives.

As you develop customer communication and CRM skills, you will progress toward senior sales, consulting, or leadership roles within the construction industry, with ongoing coaching and a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in customer service, sales, solar, roofing, client facing, or outreach role preferred (but not required).
• Excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and data entry accuracy.
• Exceptional conflict resolution abilities.
• Passion for roofing, construction, remodeling, home improvement, economics, or helping families.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
• Goal-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers to explain home improvement programs and assess eligibility.
• Record confidential customer information accurately within our customer database.
• Act as the face of the brand ensuring each customer has a positive experience.
• Assist with account setup by collecting required information and verifying details.
• Answer customer questions clearly and professionally throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track activity and follow-ups.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solar service options.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions with fellow Sales Associates.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
