Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in customer service, sales, solar, roofing, client facing, or outreach roles preferred.
• Excellent listening skills and customer focus.
• Attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
• Conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers to explain home improvement programs and assess eligibility.
• Record confidential customer information accurately within our customer database.
• Act as the face of the brand ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assist with account setup by collecting required information and verifying details.
• Answer customer questions clearly and professionally through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track activity and follow-ups.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solar service options.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training with colleagues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
