Description:

As the Sales Rep , you will be responsible for establishing and expanding the company’s presence in the United States. This includes developing distributor and customer relationships, executing a strategic sales plan, and driving market growth. The role requires a combination of technical expertise in industrial machinery components and a consultative sales approach. This position involves extensive travel (up to 50%) across the U.S.

Requirements:

  • Proven recent experience in sales of heavy equipment parts - Ground Engaging Tools (e.g., G.E.T., cutting edges, bucket teeth, wear parts or related)
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial machinery components used in mining, construction, or related fields
  • Proven success in growing sales across U.S. –
  • Ability to work independently and develop new markets from the ground up
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms
  • Willingness and availability to travel up to 50% across the U.S. – Required
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key industry partners
  • Execute strategic plans to expand the product line within targeted U.S. regions
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Ground Engaging Tools. and related components, providing technical product support
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and technical support
  • Monitor market trends and deliver sales performance insights to senior leadership
