Job summary

INTERNATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE is seeking a Sales Associate for our in-office Retail Sales and Service team in Texas. The role focuses on delivering the IBC Experience by providing efficient customer and financial services and by promoting bank products to walk-in customers.

You will support branch opening/closing, maintain inventory, and assist other branches as needed, while working toward personal sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year experience interacting with customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
• Meet customer financial needs by promoting bank products and services.
• Assist with branch opening/closing and dual control.
• Support Branch Manager with Compliance Facility Checklist.
• Maintain branch inventory and supplies.
• Travel to assist other branches as needed.

Job Summary

The Sales Associate position is responsible for providing efficient and accurate customer and financial services while delivering the “IBC Experience”. This includes meeting customer needs by offering bank products and services and establishing new relationships.
