Job summary

IBC Bank is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver the IBC Experience by providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer and financial services and by promoting bank products to walk-in customers and through outreach activities.

You will assist with opening/closing procedures, support the Branch Manager, maintain inventory, and help build new relationships while meeting sales goals in a fully in-office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience interacting with people preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer financial needs by promoting bank products and services.
• Assist with branch opening/closing procedures and dual control.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of the New Account Opening Process.

• Flexibility to travel and assist other branches.
• Attend meetings and other events.
• Maintain individual sales performance goals.
• Promptly respond to and communicate customer complaints.
