Job summary

IBC Bank is seeking a Sales Associate for the in-office position in the 400 Retail Sales and Service department. You will provide efficient customer and financial services while delivering the IBC Experience, meeting customer needs by promoting bank products and establishing new relationships.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of experience with people, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the IBC Experience by providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
• Promote bank products and services to walk-in customers and via outreach.
• Assist with branch opening/closing procedures and dual control.
• Attend meetings and other events.
• Maintain branch inventory and supplies.
• Travel to assist other branches as needed.
• Support Teller operations when needed.
• Respond to customer complaints promptly.
• Flexibility to travel and assist other branches.
