StretchLab Franchise, the leader in assisted stretching, is seeking a dedicated individual for a part-time position in Richmond, Virginia. You will engage with clients to enhance their wellness journey and build membership through outreach and communication. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fitness are essential.

Additional benefits include performance-based bonuses and competitive pay ranging from $16 to $18 per hour, with opportunities for more via sales commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, fitness, bartending, serving, or administrative roles preferred.
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and motivate clients before and after stretch sessions.
• Build and retain membership through sales and outreach.
• Manage client care and inspire wellness changes via effective communication.
• Handle member concerns as needed.
• Conduct studio tours, sales, workshops, and pop‑up events.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to support membership growth and retention.
• Clean and maintain the studio to ensure a welcoming space.
