Job summary

StretchLab in Glen Allen, VA 23060 is seeking a part-time guest experience specialist to welcome clients and guide them through premium stretching sessions. You will help grow membership through friendly outreach and maintain a clean, inviting studio.

Ideal candidates love boutique fitness, have strong communication and empathy, and are reliable with attendance. This role offers day and evening shifts, base pay plus uncapped commission, and two free stretches per month.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment and stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• Front desk, fitness, bartending, serving, or administrative experience is advantageous.
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
• Fantastic communication skills and empathy.
• Must love connecting with people and helping them achieve goals.
• Professional work ethic and reliability with attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and motivate clients before/after stretch sessions, with empathy.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clients through sales/outreach to leads.
• Manage client care and inspire wellness changes via excellent communication.
• Handle member concerns when applicable.
• Studio tours and sales activities.
• Plan and participate in workshops and pop-up events.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to engage members.
• Keep the studio clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and motivate clients before/after stretch sessions, empathy being a key skill
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads
• Manage client care and inspire wellness changes through delivering amazing communication to our members.
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Studio tours, sales
• Workshops and Pop-up events
• Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention
• Clean and maintain the studio in order to ensure we have a clean and welcoming space
