Job summary

KidsUnited Walpole is launching a brand-new location in Walpole, MA, seeking an energetic Sales and Member Experience Associate to help families discover KidsUnited and deliver a memorable visit for kids and parents.

In this in-person role, you will quickly respond to leads, schedule trial classes, and guide families from trial to membership, while delivering top-notch customer service and community outreach.

Be part of launching a brand-new KidsUnited location in Walpole, MA. We're hiring an energetic, people-focused Sales and Member Experience Associate to help local families discover KidsUnited and create an incredible experience for kids and parents. KidsUnited helps kids ages 2-9 build confidence, coordination, and life skills through fun, soccer-based classes.

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to new leads and schedule free trial classes
• Follow up consistently with families via calls, texts, and email
• Build relationships with families and confidently guide them from trial class to membership
• Help create a welcoming experience for kids and families by greeting members, assisting with schedules and billing, and delivering standout customer service
• Support weekend events and community outreach

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent and timely follow-up with interested families
• Strong trial-to-membership conversions
• Positive, welcoming energy that families love
• Organized, reliable communication with the General Manager

Schedule & Pay

• 15-20 hours/week (two evenings + one weekend day required)
• Pay: $17 - $20/hour based on experience, plus performance incentives for membership growth
