Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a Sales Associate in Boston to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive daily sales. You will work with the Store Management Team to maintain a neat selling floor, assist customers with fashion choices, and process transactions accurately while representing the AE Customer First standards.

The role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays, and a friendly, proactive approach to customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Able to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Must be able to stand and move about for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Promote AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest key looks and current promotions based on customer style.
• Promote brand awareness of AEO and aerie to customers.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment to replenishment following SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns proactively in line with policy.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
