Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive daily sales. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service, keep the store neat, and model AEO values to ensure a positive Customer First experience.

As part of the team, you’ll promote loyalty programs, upsell with current trends, and handle register transactions efficiently while maintaining brand standards and stockroom SOPs. This is a part-time position with flexible evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about all AEO loyalty programs.
• Leverage tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Provide support to fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in interactions.
• Outfit customers by suggesting looks based on individual style and trends.
• Promote brand channels and awareness for AEO and aerie.
• Conduct register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items for proper area placement.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, and stockroom for safety and presentation.
• Manage merchandise flow from shipments to floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment SOPs.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with management support.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
