• Process register sales quickly and accurately per cash controls.
• Restock returns and label damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with leadership support.
