Carter’s is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, explain product features, and help families prepare for everyday moments with baby essentials.

In a fast-paced retail environment you’ll resolve issues, support omnichannel shopping, process POS transactions, and keep the floor stocked. Carter’s values care, teamwork, and growth, with strong development programs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
