Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to join our stores in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide shoppers through the Lovesac selling process while maintaining brand standards and delivering an engaging experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail or customer service experience, comfort with technology and CRM tools, and the ability to work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Must regularly work during weekends, holidays, and nights to meet demand and goals.
• Able to use technology for sales, product demonstrations, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities
