• Demonstrate Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive experience and hit daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and educate customers on benefits.
• Use store tools to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks.
• Suggest outfits and trends based on customer's style.
• Introduce customers to additional brand channels.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned items to correct locations; label damaged merchandise.
• Maintain neat, clean, and safe sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipments to floorsets with SOP compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
