You will actively engage shoppers, promote promotions, stock displays, and collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding service and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by the leadership team.
• Actively engage customers and develop long term relationships with customers.
• Demonstrate company standards in selling, customer service, visual merchandising and teamwork.
• Promote current promotions, brand initiatives/events, and store services to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of current products and sell throughout the store.
• Follow schedules and zone assignments while maintaining a positive presence on the sales floor.
• Assist leadership with stocking product and displays and ensuring availability for customers.
• Support loss prevention, security and safety guidelines as outlined by management.
• Promote teamwork by collaborating safely and efficiently with all associates.
• Assist customers with product selections and process orders or returns.
